Preparing for REAC

Preparing for REAC

January 25, 2018 @ 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Southlake Tower
1501 Alice St
Oakland, CA 94612

REAC does not stand for Really Easy and Clear!

Get REAC-READY for one of the most subjective inspections you will experience.  We will walk through the entire UPCS protocol process and the “key” word will be “Prioritize.”  Learn from the mistakes of others to get improved REAC scores that reflect well on your property and your staff.

Don’t get caught up in REAC complacency. Put away your paint brushes and let’s ‘Prioritize.”

Remember to bring your pen and paper to this event.

About the Speaker: Dan Getreu, from Housing Safety Group, is a Retired Fire Captain with over 20 years as a Fire Investigator, and Life Safety and Code Enforcement Inspector.  He has been a Certified HUD REAC Inspector for 9 years.
