Oversee the relocation plans in that region that are in accordance with the various laws governing resident relocation. Accountable for the overall planning budgeting, staffing, and management of all Mercy Housing California relocation projects. Communicate in detail with residents and Mercy staff. Work well with residents, general contractors, community stakeholders, vendors, government representatives, and all Mercy staff. Manage the regional relocation team.
