“Whether you are new to the industry or simply need a refresher course, this class is for you!”
This training is perfect for newly hired managers or those with no HUD experience, as well as those needing a refresher course on the basics and latest updates. Over the course of two afternoons, we will cover eligibility requirements, the application process, resident selection, wait lists, calculating and verifying income and allowances, annual and interim adjustments, and best practices.
This interactive webinar will include mini-quizzes and case studies to reinforce the learning. Students will need a current copy of the 4350.3 Rev 1 for reference during the training.
This course is recommended as a pre-requisite to the Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) course.
