Service Coordinators: Shared Best Practices

Service Coordinators: Shared Best Practices

November 13, 2018 @ 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
The Washington Inn
495 10th St
Oakland, CA 94607

Here is an opportunity for Service Coordinators to come together, network, share concerns, best practices and learn from one another. Among discussion topics, there will be opportunities to share: How do you have the difficult conversation, how do you support a resident who may not be making the best choices, how do property managers and service coordinators work together, etc.? There will be time to go over HUD’s Service Coordinators in Multifamily Housing Program Resource Guide. HUD is moving towards Standards for Success for reporting, what will that look like? Bring your success stories, your challenges and your ideas!
