Internal Control Analyst

Location: Union City, CA
Employer: MidPen Housing
This position reports to the Director of Compliance & Operations Support, Central Office, within the Property Management Division of the MidPen Housing Management Corporation. The Internal Control Analyst is responsible for compliance performance management of new properties to be leased, acquisitions, refinance, rehab, syndications/re-syndications, or new NOFAs (Notice of Funding Availability) which impact or restructure the existing financing of a property. The responsibilities include understanding and conveying the funding program layers to all stake holders; reviewing loan documents to assure that multiple funding layers can be interlinked; creating a funding matrix from the first agreement through software set up (Utilizing the property management’s software system RealPage OneSite) to document all requirements; and assuring all compliance parameters are met and carried through lease-up related activities and permanent loan closing.
