Leasing and Occupancy Specialist

Under the direction of the Leasing and Occupancy Supervisor and Sr. Compliance Manager, the Leasing and Occupancy Specialist supports the lease-up communities, all lease-up related activities, independently reviews and approves move-in applicant files, audits recertification files for properties in our existing portfolio as needed, and generates all reporting associated with these tasks. In addition, this position will share the responsibilities of a Compliance Specialist when not supporting a Lease-up. This is a hybrid position with a home base and requires traveling to active Lease-Ups within the 12 Counties where MidPen has current or future Properties. This position qualifies for an Auto Allowance.
