NAHMA-Pearl Meyer Compensation Survey Deadline Extended

NAHMA-Pearl Meyer Compensation Survey Deadline Extended

The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) is sponsoring the Pearl Meyer Annual 2024 Affordable Housing Compensation Survey Report. The deadline for survey submissions has been extended until August. The compensation report will be published in October.

NAHMA encourages members to participate in the NAHMA-sponsored Pearl Meyer Annual 2024 Affordable Housing Compensation Survey Report. Participating companies are provided with complementary, valuable data to benchmark compensation for employees working in various facets of affordable housing firms, from corporate teams to on-site staff. Enhancements to the 2024 survey have been made to provide more detailed and meaningful data, focusing on delivering greater specificity concerning short- and long-term compensation data. More than 80 organizations participated in the 2023 report.

The survey questionnaire has been released, and the date to complete and return the questionnaire has been extended to no later than Aug. 16. Please consider participating if you can.

If your company is interested in participating in the survey, please email Veronika Valcheva at . Survey-specific questions can be sent directly to Pearl Meyer managing director Jon Boba at , or Veronika Valcheva.

Thank you in advance for considering taking part in the survey.
