NAHMA Working with Pearl Meyer for Compensation Survey

We are pleased to announce that the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) is sponsoring the Pearl Meyer Annual 2025 Affordable Housing Compensation Survey Report. Survey submissions are due in July. The compensation report will be published in October.

We encourage our members’ participation in the NAHMA-sponsored Pearl Meyer Annual 2025 Affordable Housing Compensation Survey Report. The 2024 Affordable Housing report had 75 organizations participate last year. Participating companies are provided with valuable data to benchmark compensation for employees working in various facets of affordable housing firms, from corporate teams to on-site staff. The survey has been enhanced to provide more detailed and meaningful data, focusing on delivering greater specificity concerning short- and long-term compensation data.

The survey questionnaire is available now, with responses due on or before July 18. NAHMA asks that members consider participating in this survey.
