Please find below a redline of the proposed changes to Chapter 9, Section 8 Renewal Policy Guidebook addressing Rent Comparability Studies. The redline shows the original text and the proposed revisions, which are intended to provide greater clarity in the renewal process and address issues not covered in the current chapter on which MFH has received questions. Please also find attached a memorandum from Deputy Assistant Secretary Ethan Handelman explaining the policy changes and a response worksheet to submit feedback.
