Resident Services Coordinator (Fountain West/Floral Gardens)

Location:  Fresno, CA

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II with housing to work at Rosewood Gardens and Bronson Court, a 54-unit and a 32-unit affordable senior housing and family housing community in Fresno, CA. This is a Tax-credit property. Qualified Candidate will live onsite. Qualified candidates will have two years of general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. This position is 70% janitorial duties. HVAC Certification preferred.
